At CAREDO, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
2. 30-Day Returns (Unopened Items)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened and unused items in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and unopened
The item must be in its original condition and packaging
Proof of purchase is required
⚠️ Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened oral care products.
3. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Opened Items)
We understand that oral care products require real use to evaluate effectiveness. That’s why we offer a 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you’ve tried the product and are not satisfied within 7 days of delivery, you may request a refund.
Requirements:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide your order number
Share a brief explanation (photo/video may be requested)
👉 In most cases, no return is required for opened products.
4. Refunds
Once your request is approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect)
We recommend using a trackable shipping method
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened oral care products (except under the 7-day guarantee)
Gift cards
Final sale items (if applicable)
